Support Center and FAQ
Answers to key questions about functionality, integration, security, and legal aspects of using Wizey in the corporate segment.
Questions and Answers
Is processing of scans and PDF documents supported?
The main interaction protocol is text-based (JSON payload). Processing graphic files (PDF, JPEG, PNG) requires preliminary conversion via an OCR module. We can provide recommendations for integrating OCR solutions or implement this as part of an extended pilot project.
Technical details: API documentation.
Is the system a medical device?
Wizey is classified as a clinical decision support system (CDSS) of a reference and informational nature. Algorithms provide analytical support ("second opinion"), but the final verification of the diagnosis and treatment tactics remains the exclusive prerogative of the doctor.
More about liability boundaries: security policy.
How is liability distributed when using the system?
Legal liability for medical prescriptions lies with the attending physician and the medical organization. The service acts as a technological tool for data processing and is not a subject of medical activity.
How is data protection compliance ensured?
The solution architecture is built on the principle of data minimization. The algorithms only require depersonalized clinical context (without full name and contact details).
Additionally, we offer a Zero-Log mode (processing in RAM without saving to disk), which eliminates data leakage risks on the processor side.
Full security policy: /b2b/security/.
What integration protocols are supported?
We provide a REST API with an asynchronous processing model (Async Polling). This ensures high fault tolerance and stability even at peak loads. Idempotency mechanisms and request rate limiting are supported.
Developer documentation: /b2b/api/.
Is customization for clinic standards possible?
Yes. As part of the implementation, we adapt prompts and generation templates (volume, structure of conclusions, etc.) in accordance with your organization's internal regulations and brand book.
What are the timelines for launching a pilot project?
The standard pilot launch period is from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of customization, integration with your HIS, and security service requirements.
Pilot conditions: /b2b/pricing/.
